Being British I don't have a favorite.
But I do have a favourite. However, you didn't ask about that.

The one my dad makes. We're italian so we would never, ever buy salad dressing. It would be against everything we believe. Otherwise, just simple salt, vinegar and olive oil. Nice and simple and almost never given to you in restaurants in England (In Italy they'll put the bottles on the table so you can dress the salad yourself.) Sorry to rant, but I love salad - it's one of my favourite foods ever.

Four Cheese Ranch dressing... because it is so delicious on salad and makes a great dip.

Balsamic Vinegar. Just makes the salad taste nice and sweet, love it.

My favourite salad dressing is Heinz salad cream ... sometimes, just salt and vinegar.

Greek dressing is awesome, but it doesn't work for all things... You need a variety of different dressings in order to get the right taste in any situation..

My favorite salad dressing is Kraft's Catalina. It produces the best burps.

Salad Cream - its just soooo yummy - i like mayo too - but on different things like chips n sandwiches.
