My husband suffers periods of depression, and I wondered if there are any particular foods which you should avoid as they aggravate depression, or any that are good for lifting depression?

I want to get some quotes for a logo to be made for my website. Thing is I'm not sure what format to ask the logo to be produced in. I'm pretty sure it should be a gif file, but someone on a forum mentioned about vector format, I may want to use this logo on professionally printed material, do I need to ask for a gif for the website and vector format incase i need to send it to a printers?

I am officially 37 wks : ) !!!
is it bad to have my baby now? i am already 3cm dialated but my doc didnt say anything about being effaced...nor did he say i would go into labor soon or anything but i was considering taking some long walks to get things moving, would it be bad if i did go into labor?

We have narrowed it down for now to these two names, a weak third would be JosephRyan or Joseph

I have a 96 BMW 7 series V8. The "plastic" engine cover with the bmw logo has a tendency to warp & crack from the constant heat of the engine bay. If I take a replica of this part to a body shop; can they reproduce an identical piece with the same exact dimensions out of METAL instead of plastic?

and the man who I do love seems to have no mind of his own. He orders the same food I order. We both go to church he will pray when I pray stand when I stand. I put him to the test yesterday and told him he does not have to tell me he loves me all the time so he stoped it seems he does evrything to make me happy. If your family member was trapped 3 miles beneith the earth in this mine accident, and for like what has it been 10 days or so? And,knowing that ppl have died trying to rescue them, would you still expect the mining company to continue efforts to recover your family member....I was just wondering how I would feel and what I would expect.
