Is she that pretty?

Likely context would be, he's willing to do something extraordinary to be with her.

Is she so pretty?

Doesn't sound right without a second half to the sentence, but if there was one it would be similar to B1.

Is she really pretty?

Depends on the stress: (stress on really) you're not sure if she's pretty at all, or (stress on both really and pretty) you're asking if she's especially pretty (perhaps prettier than you are).

you gotta put the stress on different parts of the sentences:

B) is she THAT pretty (you wonder if she is really so pretty as your dialogue partner claims)

IS she so pretty ? (the same)

is she REALLY pretty (you wonder if she is prettier than the common girl)

hope that helped
