What is a good filter system for a 10-20 gallon fish tank?

I want to set up a 10-20 gallon fish tank and I am looking for a good filtration system. There are so many available. Does anybody know which one is better?

I personaly use the Marineland Bio-Wheel, I am not sure if it is emperor or penguin, but it works great for me, also I would suggest a power hang-on filter, undergravel are not too great, canisters I would not suggest for a 10-20 gallon aquarium, also I use a Hagen Aquaclear for one of my other aquariums and it works just as well but I would research some more filter and then list pros and cons specificly for your tank, but remember price is not everything, but the one good thing that I can recall about the Bio-Wheel is that it has a 3 step filtration system!!!Just look into it a little more!! I would suggest you use a hang on the back style power filter. They are generally inexpensive and do a good job of cleaning the water. There are several brands available, most of which work very well, so check out each to see which you think seems easiest to clean and which on has replacement cartridges readily available in your area.
