i don't smoke weed just because I want to and that I like it. but rather I smoke because I am trying to cope with others and be friends. but when I do this, I am the one that is suffering. I know this sound depressing and everything but I feel like I have to mention this to somebody. but yea.. it's been bothering me for quite sometime now. See when i smoke...i begin to feel really lonely, and only at that time do i hate being lonely...then i find myself saying(blurting out) things that are fairly rude in front of a group of people. i'm not sure why i'm blurting things out like that but i was thinking maybe because i wanted attention or something. something I really lack during conversations with my friends. i mean, i'm a natural loner. I like to stay quiet, listen, and understand where people are coming from. that's just in my nature but when I smoke, for some reason, i seem to want to get out my lonely state. as if i weren't comforatble with myself. that's where i feel terrible.

Maybe this has happened to you? You are at the register or in line to make a purchase, and the girl behind the counter (haven't caught a man at it yet, but will soon I'm sure) is chatting away on her cell or even the company phone, slowing or halting you from making your purchase and getting on your way.

Does anyone have a diplomatic way to get the clerk off the phone, and process your purchase? I don't really want to antagonize someone who is about to get my credit card number. As for a talking to a manager, I can't remember the last time I've seen one, and I don't always have time to help them fix their personnel problems anyway.

So, what do you say/do?

Here in PEI they say I have to return to Quebec to take the Alcofrein program, although they have an equivalent program here. I've lived in PEI since 2003. Quebec officials tell me I'm not obliged to return, that I can regain the licence here in PEI. Basically I have two completely opposite stories from each province, currently. Who is right? If there an ombudsman for this type of problem? Do I need a lawyer to resolve this?

"I didn't know he was reported missing!". I know that I am tempted to say that but I am afraid that someone will kick my butt. :) I think it would be funny.


And before I get any rude comments about religion and whatnot, I grew up attending an Independent Fundamental Baptist church and school so don't be cramming your beliefs down MY throat. I've dealt with that enough while growing up. :)

I belive that I heard he was still going to football camp and I was wondering why his career is not being affected. I am a dog lover and my pit bull passed last year...she had a heart of gold and would not harm a fly. I could not imagine someone treating her the way these dogs were treated. Does anyone think that there will be any ramifications to his career and fan base?

my boyfriend got his 3 credit report( the one from all 3) well for the past month somone(collection company) keeps calling saying he owes on an electric bill from 1999, but he has never had a electric bill in his name, he was only 19 at the time, and the address they tell him where the bill (electric) is from a house that has never existed-we check it out, and he has a friend in the law enforcement, and they said their is no such address, or their has never been such , and its not even on his credit report, but they tell him his SSN, and birthday, and its right, and they keep calling,

how can they do this? and what can we do about it being false-counting it hasn't even been on his credit
