Believe it or not, it would be easier to get the limo donated entire, rather than getting it as a loan, because if limo is donated to a registered nonprofit, they can reap significant tax benefits, whereas they would not get any benefit from a loan. You are going to have to start contacting taxi, limousine, and livery services to see if they have any old limos they want to retire, and you can try to contact major auto dealers that sell limousines, as they may have excess inventory they can't unload and need to get off the lot.

I would love to find out what non-profit thinks they need a limousine to use. If I saw this in a grant application I would laugh myself silly.
