hey, im trying to find a way to get out of my house without my family knowing and since the house has an alarm system on all of the doors i decided to go with the windows. as a test run, i was just trying to open the window screen thingy and its stuck. is it supposed to be like that or is there some way i can dislodge it? i tried pulling it but it wont budge. help plz?

MY 2 month old kitten was left home alone for the first time today while I had to go to work for 5 hours....I got home and she was limping badly so I rushed her over to the vet and he said he does not think anything is broken since she is putting some pressure on it and he said if it is still like that on MOnday then bring her back...I was planning on attending a bridal shower tonight and dont want to back out but dont want to leave her alone...should I put her in her carrier while I am gone so she has minimum movement?

I would think that a vegan's foods would be shaped and referenced towards things that do not have faces,like carrots, onions, beans, and eggplants, instead vegetarians references are the same as omnivores foods such as tofu turkey, or veggie-burgers tofu-dogs. I see meat shaped vegetables as contrary to their food philosophy. Are vegans and vegetarians really into their life style choices all the way or not?

My father committed suicide nine months ago, and the DCI (the investigative team) took many of our possessions, computer digital camera, printer, cell phones, and many other valuable items. The death certificate came a month afterwards, but none of our possessions have been returned. Of course we have bought all new items because we have needed them, but we still could use them. Does this seem right to anybody, I think it is rediculous, is there any law or regulation that draws a line on how long this can take? After the DCI is finished, our police department still needs to go through it, as of now I would bet that our stuff is just sitting in a drawer.

I used to have really good eyesight, I only needed glasses for one thing and that was to read. I kept getting headaches from reading to much and they said my eye muscles were weak. I didn't wear the glasses they gave me. But, over the past year I've noticed that my vision is getting really bad. Like, when I'm in the first row in class, I can't make out the teachers facial features. I can only see my facial features when I'm about 3 feet from the mirror. I used to be able to read signs really well from far away, and now I can barely see them when we're driving pass upclose. It's been happening so suddenly, I don't really know what to do. I don't go and get my eyes examined.
I don't know what's going on? I don't want to sound paranoid, but am I going blind or something? What do you think is going on?

I am about to puchase some laminate flooring and found a plce that packages pricing from $4.99 - $5.99 per square foot. But when I look online for the materials, it seems really cheap (<$2 sq ft) .

I am paying abuot $4017 total for 650 SQ FT of laminate materials and installation including underlayment and taking out the old carpet. Could I get thsi cheaper or is this a fair price?

I am only 13 years old, and investment banking is something i've always been interested in. I have money invested in stocks and I already know a lot about the NYSE. I always have wondered how many years it would take me to go through college get my bachelors and masters, then my MBA from a good college like University of Michigan, Duke University or University of Florida. When my boyfriend went on a week vacation to the beach, he came back and he gave me 2 cute beachy necklaces and a cute ring (nothing major, just like an i miss you and am thinking of you gift).

When I went away for 2 weeks, i looked everywhere and couldn't think of anything to get him at all. So i didn't get him anything. But then a week later when I went on another vacation, I looked again but still couldn't find anything. I finally on the last day asked my dad what a 16 year old guy would want just as an i miss you and am thinking of you gift/souvenir thing. Since we were short on time, (we were on a cruise ship and we were about to depart from the land) my dad found those little paper/foam airplanes that you slip together real quick and they fly pretty good and are just fun. He told me that all guys like those. So i bought him one since I had no other ideas.

Do you think that this was a good idea to get, and guys would you like it? Should I give it to him or just forget it?
