Do you want love or congratulations for loosing 5 stone.
(Sorry I have to think in kg.)
That's 160kg to 127kg that's fantastic.
And did you do this by not buying any food for a week? Just kidding.
The next 10 stone will be hard but it will be worth it, you'll feel so much better and it will extend your life.

Well done keep it up but cut it down to 1/2 stone at a time that's more achievable Oh well done well done that's made my day
