Does it mean there is a 60% chance of the forcast rain occuring or does it mean that it will rain for 60% of the day?

my papillon puppy is about 6th months old now. after a few weeks she would sleep fine downstairs in her superyard (u kno the ones for toddlers) and its cozy and she'd only whine for a second or two once we leave. but on saturday we got her spayed. the first night she had to wear the collar so she wouldnt mess with her stitiches but she slept bc she was tired out, the same with the second night but she kept whining so loud my mom had to go down there bc it was late and the neighbors could hear. last night we had her wear a shirt (she doesnt mind those) that cover her stitches unallowing her to pull them out. and usually that wouldnt bother her but tonight it did my mom had to stay downstairs but she stayed in her superyard and would wake up and cry whenever my mom tried to leave. i dont understand why she whines now but she didnt before. how can i get my puppy to stop whining?

i got on my friends computer and it has viruses so i told him to put on ad aware se.. well it came up with a bunch (80) critical objects and there was a trojanhorse downloader and this antispyware (thats really spyware) called errorsafe

so we were trying to put on legit antivirus stuff like avg and spybot and get rid of the rest...

well...

we tried to get rid of all the norton stuff and when we tried to delete it from the start menu the computer rebooted automatically. then we tried to delete another norton thing in the start menu and it said you have to delete it thru the add/remove programs. so we went there and it said that access to this is denied!

sounds awful fishy, what can i do?

I'll be 24 in a couple of weeks. I also have a college degree. Last yr. My former foster step-niece was 15, going on 16 & told me I shouldn't ever have kids. That was BEFORE she got pregnant. I was said to have said to have said things I didn't say.The facts are not accurate.For instance,evidence was destroyed by another individual.The other individual has addmitted to it.The officer in question wrote down that I did it.He said he had a witness to the crime,but the witness never showed up in court.The deputy said he would not get on the stand because he didn't want to look like a liar again.The VIN numbers to both vehicles do not match any vehicle on the planet,even though he put in his report that he ran the numbers.Another witness said his statement was altered.There are pieces missing,like the fact that he destroyed evidence.There should be three defedants but the s.d. only went after one.

On the first day of the new college term/year, the dean was addressing the students pointing out the rules.
The male dorm is out of bounds to all female students, and the female dorm is out of bounds to all male students. Anyone caught breaking these rules will be liable to fines.
