It's normal that guys look at beautiful girls. You're lucky to have that charm. But, the stare is not always true.
Just don't punish your thoughts giving those stare any meaning. Waste of time. If a genuine guy is really interested he'll find his way to you. He wouldn't just stare.
If you're confident that there's nothing wrong with yourself then no need to think that these guys might be noticing something wrong on you.

Looking at you generally means they find you attractive. Either that, or you have a bogey. Just kidding. If they're staring at you...well...without being rude, if you're wearing revealing clothes, then boys may try to ogle you!
Eye contact is the key to flirting. Smile a lot too.

They are staring because they are too nervous to approach you upfront. Some of them could be stalkers so be careful. I say wait until one of these guys approach you then attempt flirting. This is because any advances by you look aggressive and they will only be frightened by it.

If they r looking @ you and not laughing they probably like you, If their laughing their being A** Holes!!! Go up 2 them and be brave, u can always do the cheezy pick up line, "I lost my number can I have yours??"
