Team A trades:
Jimmy Rollins (Phi - SS)
Juan Pierre (LAD - OF)
Orlando Cabrera (LAA - SS)
Billy Wagner (NYM - RP)
Kevin Gregg (Fla - SP,RP)

To Team B for:
Melvin Mora (Bal - 3B)
Freddy Sánchez (Pit - 2B,3B,SS)
Raúl Ibañez (Sea - OF)
Dontrelle Willis (Fla - SP)
Rafael Soriano (Atl - RP)

Note Team B is in 4th, Team A is in 10th, trade was done on a Saturday and Approved on Monday because weekends are notorius for no one checking on their teams.

I got slammed when I said the trade was outrageously unbalanced, Am I wrong?

No you are not wrong. This trade is horrible and only helps the person B. I hate how people just give up late in the season and try to make someone elses team so much better. You should get more people to vote against it.

It looks like the two people tried to cover the unfairness by making it a little fair but it is totally unbalanced.

Good Luck in getting this trade vetoed. Try hard~!

No you are not wrong. This trade is definately unfair, but honestly I would not lose any sleep over it. Though team B is imporving their team by adding SOME value for essentially a bunch of players you could probably pick up on waivers in most leagues, they aren't improving tremendously. At least not to the point where they should challenge to win the league (how much damage can this do with 50 some games left).

But to point out further why it is unfair it just takes a simple comparison. For the sake of comparison (using most similar position):

Rollins >>> Mora
Pierre > Ibanez (though Ibanez is hot as of late)
Cabrera = Sanchez (who cares really)
Wagner >> Willis (though Wagner isn't racking up saves like you would like Willis has been God awful)
Greg > Soriano

There is just no reason why team A would want any players from team B period. So your league kind of got a fast one pulled, probably won't make a difference, but its still shady. Anyone who wants to argue that this trade is remotely legit is well, just wrong.

Do work

I agree, definitely not a fair trade. Trades like this at the end of the season by teams that give up are the worst.

Team A and Team B are probably friends or are the same person. Or Team A is just stupid
