He grabs one, drinks it, goes over to a window and jumps out. The guy who's sitting next to him is totally amazed when the jumper, unscathed, comes back into the bar and retakes his seat.
Astonished, he asks "How did you do that? I just saw you jump out that window and we're hundreds of feet above the ground!". The jumper responds by slurring, "Good huh? I slam a shot of tequila and when I jump out the window, the tequila makes me slow down right before I hit the ground. Watch." He takes a shot, slams it down, goes to the window and jumps out. The other guy runs to the window and watches as the jumper falls until right before the ground, slows down and lands softly on his feet. The other guy has to try it too, so he orders a shot of tequila. He drinks it and goes to the window and jumps. He dies as his brains splatter on the pavement. The first guy orders another shot of tequila and the bartender says to him, "You're really an a$shole when you're drunk, Superman."

Why do we have to go through another season watching Fred Thomas get his slow, lazy, azz burned? The dude is a horrible DB and McKenzie is not much better. Why did the Saints not improve their secondary?

My boyfriend tells me he loves me (and means it), and though i like him, a lot, i know i don't feel the same.. But there are only so many times you can stay silent, change the subject, or say 'you're lovely' (yes, bad i know!) in return. So is telling him i love him back going to hurt him more in the longrun, if i never feel the same, or am i saving his feelings in the meantime, hoping that i will love him eventually?

Allah is simply the Arabic word for God. Hey everyone, I have a major virus problem. How this virus managed to slip by Avast, I don't know but It did. I know I have a virus because there are many major problems with my computer now.

These major problems include...
1)Almost a 4 times longer than usual startup time.
2)Xp Themes are disabled, and I'm left with the old Windows theme.
3)No sound whatsoever
4)System taskbar, and start menu are disabled.
5)System restore is disabled.
6) Widows installer is disabled (cant install .msi files)
7)Some of my anti-spyware/adware programs get locked by the system when I try to scan.
8)Nero is disabled, making it impossible to back up my media.

This is by far the WORST infection I've ever had. I would really like to save my computer/media, without having to do system restore. Any help would be appreciated.

Though most of my system tools are disabled I still do have these tools...
1)The internet
2) Avast(pretty useless)
3) A couple more useless spyware tools(Spybot, Ad-Aware, etc)

My husband was using the bathroom and our son was in there with him. I was out in the other room and my feet were sticking to the floor (someone must have dropped some food or something. So, I thought I'd mop the floor. I mopped some but I didn't get very far; my son came running down the hallway that I had just mopped and slipped backward. He hit his head-thank God he's okay- and he was crying. I felt very bad. It turned into anger, however, when my husband came in the room, grabbed my son like Idid something awful, and told me it was my fault for mopping. What would you have said?

Out side the hummimg of lawn mowers sing harmony. My oldest has settled down with a book to read. My youngest will be swimming at preschool right now. He is tan and fit, so that his easy smile shines the brighter. My woman is the soft warm breeze of summer itself, that blows through me.

This morning the rabbit who is our unofficial pet had come to play in the rhubarb. No doubt the arrogant squirrels that have colonized our maples will be dancing around the yard. It is a yard that needs a trim, tonight? Maybe, but my paintbrushes are getting dusty, maybe not yard work tonight.

The sun is hot, and has made the world lazy, but no time for laziness when the family calls and there is art to be made. Then there will be fall with cooking, bright leaves, long walks, and a the smell of woodsmoke. Winter will come and give its blanket and a peacefulness in which to rest and reflect. Then the explosion of spring will lead us back to the singing mowers of summer.
Is it enough, could my heart hold more, are fairies or angels required?
