Then how come Lebron James is 6'8" while his mom is only 5'5"? I went on one of those ridiculous "height predictors" on the internet and typed in my parents' height and my height: my parents are 5'3" and 4'11" and i m 5'5" (14 yrs old) and the predictor said that there was an error lol. I've seen so many people here on Yahoo Answers yapping "you can't increase your height, it's genetics". Well, banish the thought and keep working out. Of course, there is a limit and height is indeed influenced by genetics to an extent, but when there's a will, there's a way.

I have powerpoint and know how to use that. But I also have adobe photoshop (no idea how to use), snapfish, and shutterfly accounts which have slideshows. If the draft was re-instated, what are the current laws concerning how the Selective Service System would pick names?

What is the age group of people who can be drafted? I understand that during the Vietnam War, males younger than 18 or 26 and older had no chance of being drafted. Is this still true today?

I'm planning on breeding Bettas and was just wondering how the sex of the fry is determined. Someone told me you'll get more males if they are in higher temperatures. While another person told me that low PH gives you more females then males.

And Yes, I know about breeding them and how pricey it can be and also the consequinces of having fish along with how to tell a male and female fish apart when they're full grown. i have fish coming in from Thailand this week from a good breeder there so don't even bother trying to tell me to look into it more.

When I donated last week at the Salvation Army, several employees came over and started going through the boxes. A couple said something like "I want that!" and grabbed several items, taking them inside. Another employee saw me watching and said "it's one of the perks, we get first pick for free". Why do these employees think that stealing is okay. Especially from a charity? Is this common?

One day while a blonde was driving her car, she ran into a truck. The truck's driver made her pull into a parking lot and get out of the car. He took a piece of chalk and drew a circle on the pavement. He told her to stand in the middle and not leave the circle. Furious he went over to her car and slashed the tyres. so im 17 but i live my life stressed out and lonely,im young, beautiful, healthy, yet i feel like i dont belong. see, im an immigrant and i dont yet have legal status in the country (the case is in immigration and i have to wait, wait and wait) i came here when i was 10. i graduated highschool #6 in class rank and cant go to the college of my choice(a shame not being able to go with my 4.0 GPA), yup! i have to go to a community college and PAY for it, it hurts to see my classmates go off to college w/ full scholarships, i cant get a job(no SSN) and my parents struggle to pay. i dont have alot of friends, only a supportive boyfriend that has issues of his own, his dad needs a heart transplant and hes gonna have to move to NY, i live in NJ (if he doesnt move he would have to come up with 1 million dollars for the operation!), hes my only distraction and now hes moving, i dont get along w/ my parents that well..is there anyone out there that can relate to me? give me advice??
