A single lovebird can live a very long time with proper care. 15-20 years is about average for any lovebird that receives good care regardless of if it is paired with another or not. (Lovebirds needing to be paired is only a myth, with lots of interaction, that any parrot needs, a single lovebird will be just fine)

Sources that I've seen usually say 10-15 years & this doesn't specify whether the birds are alone or in pairs. We had a peachface girl who lived to be over 18. I got her from a breeder when she was only about 6 weeks old.
