Knowledge.

The more you know about what causes (type 2) diabetes, and the more you do to prevent it, the greater your chances of not getting it.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I certainly hope so! Because you have depression, you have strengths others may not. Increased creativity and direct experience. I used to think psychologists and people in the social work field didn't have problems. I am wrong. If that's what you were thinking, you are wrong too. :) As long as your depression is controlled with your meds, then study this field whole heartedly. You'll do great! I know a psychologist who has an anger problem, and he still has his practice. Also, taking your meds, may be a short term solution. If it is, then 6 months or a year from now, you might not be needing them, and you've wasted that time waiting. Who needs to know your taking anti-depressants anyway? That's a personal issue, and not of interest to any college I know of for studying. Got get em!!

I do agree that new or old medicine is not the question. I believe that with self discipline we can control the sugar level in our body. I had history of gestational diabetic (last 2 pregnancies) last child birth 2002. My blood sugar shoot up once I failed to control my desire for food that contribute to high sugar level such as sweet food and carbohydrate. Otherwise, I don't need to take any medication. I am on regular follow up with my dietician. They can give you a lot of tips on how to select and enjoy your diabetic diet. Don't worry.... they are so much healthy and am sure you will enjoy them.

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

I am not sure how long this has been out by I am on an injection called Byetta. It is taken in addition to your regular diabetes meds. The theory is it works on the brain and decreases your appitite. So you eat less. Some side effects are nausea, headaches and heart palpitations. Some people throw-up as well. At least these are the symptoms I have but it really works great on controlling my blood sugars.

Hello. The Germans have been working on the re-implantation of ones own stem cells taken from hip bone marrow to treat and/or possibly cure diabetes. It seems as though when these cells are withdrawn, prepared, and re-injected later into the pancreatic artery they develop into beta cells. These are found in the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas and are responsible for insulin production in the body.

Proper diet is the best anti diabetic medicine.
