My brother allowed my 18 year old daughter to go and drink and party at his house.I found out and went up there and talked to her and let her know I disaproved. He intervened and we had words. Now I'm told that I disrespected his house and his wife and he doesn't want me to come back for awhile, to let things calm down and then I'd be able to come back .

So, the other day the police came to my door and handed me a paper. On it, it said I needed to appear in court the testify against my uncle! We had an incident a few months ago, in which he went to jail, and got out. Now, the state it against him, and I have to appear in front of a jury. Ok, it says If I dont appear I will be subbject to arrest, is this for any ages? Like, is it only for 16 and up, or something? What will I have to do? What is it like? I need some support and help. Lol, what do I wear? Need to know! Please any advice, and answers will be appreciate!

My friend and I had a long debate as to weather or not an individual can ( with official books, videos and the internet) train himself to be the equivelant of a U.S. Military infentryman. He said its possible, I have my doughts partly because of all the teamwork involved. My daddy is sending me to a STRICT boarding school and we leave at the end of next week. I feel this is being done AGAINST MY WILL, But he has made it EXTREMELY CLEAR, that this matter is not up for debate and I better accept it. This school will have ROTC, uniforms, no boys and I they want to BREAK MY SPIRIT. Consequently, my daddy and I have had many arguments, I have gotten punished a few times recently for obsessive BACK TALK, and lets call a SPADE A SPADE HERE and say that things are EXTREMELY STRAINED between us. In several days, my daddy will be driving me to this school and it's far away, I mean like 600-700 miles or something, it will be just us. How am I going to be able to STAND THIS?

He said as soon he gets home he is going to take my brother who is starting college and that is only like 100 miles or something.

Please note my mom is not with us anymore.

Also, please note, I am 16 and rather spoiled.

im thinking about getting a ps3 soon but my friend is telling me to wait a while because there will be one with like DVR or something. i know theres an 80 GB coming out soon but is there any other updates to the system that are supposed to be happening? or is it allright to buy now? btw should i get 60 GB or 80GB?

jealousy is indeed a sin. a huge one at that. but what do i do when every little thing makes me jealous? personally i think it's my "natured" personality and i can't change it because NATURE gave me this curse (i think personality is inhereted, my personal philosophy). i get jealous of stupid things like two of my best friends hanging out w/o me (even if i know it doesn't mean anything!) or if one of gets invited to a party i don't (even if i don't know the host!)? i know i'm funny, smart, friendly and an all-around nice person, but a lot of times i get jealous at the most random things! how can i control this? how do i let go of all this hatred that's ruining my friendships with my best friends? i hate myself because of this, i feel unworthy of any sort of serious relationships because i'll end up hurting everyone. I feel like that girl you advice your sons about when you say "just leave her. she's not worth the pain" please help me. i can't live with myself like this. i'm a MONSTER..
