I always read the calories. I even go online and look up calorie counts after I eat out. I have most of the foods I eat regularly memorized as far as calories and nutritional info. But, I don't know why because it doesn't stop me from eating anything. I eat whatever I want and never think wait- that's too many calories. More like ummm- that was the best 500 calories I've had all day.

No, I am not a calorie counter. I wish I had that much self control! I just try to eat less and healthier, that`s about it.

I am a food lover. Though i do sometimes look at the nutrition facts on labels, i hardly ever care because i have a fast metabolism and it still hasn't caught up XP

I don't count for the most part. I love my food, but I try and only eat when I am hungry, not when I am bored, and eat healthy. Believe me I have my moments though!

nope, i eat whenever and whatever i want to eat. so far i'm not overweight or have any type of health problems but then i'm only 16 so hopefully nothing will happen in the future.
