I was wearing another person's socks the other day and it seemed a bit dirty, but I for some reason chose to smell it and held it to my face or a brief amount of time. One week later, I have an irrational fear (I hope) that no contaminants or threads from the sock got into my eye and will make me blind. THere is no way for me to tell my parents this as it sounds so silly, but is my fear exaggerated? I've heard stories about people getting eye infections from contact lense pieces left in the eye, but now I fear potential threads of cotton will be left in my eye and give me an infection. The strange thing is that I've started worrying about this only one week after smelling the guy's sock. Yes I do have a sock fetish. And usually I don't worry, but since this is someone else's sock, my mind gets all jammed and starts worrying Help.

Hi All,

I just had my ultrasound at 18 week. I found out that I am having a girl. I have strong preference for boy though this is my first baby. When I found out its a girl I feel totally depressed. Since the time I found out I could not stop crying. I always pictured my family with a first boy. My husband is perfectly fine with a girl and he is trying his best to cheer me up but I have lost all the interest. Please help. I dont want to ruin the beauty of being mom but at this moment cant think about anything else and grieving all the time. Even I lost 4 pounds in 2 days. I am not able to connect myself with the baby though I am trying really hard. Cant sleep and eat... Please guide.

We broke up for like 2 weeks now. I saw him last wed and we talked for almost 4 hours on the phone. But that was the last we are going to talk and see each other. After that, I felt so lonely and sad. I missed him so much that I wanna hug him and kiss him. I really want him back now. But he isn't ready for that yet. He said he's afraid that we will just broke up again and endure the pain all over again. Right now, all I know, is that I want him back. My life felt so empty and meaningless.

Any tips? I really need to get out of this feeling. I don't when he'll be back or if he's really coming back...

Starting the with the cell "design1place1.jpg". I need to drag down the column so that the series continues to "design1place2.jpg". Next would be "design1place3.jpg" and so on all the way up to "design1place235.jpg"!!!!!!. How do I do this?

1. Q/A will not receive an automatic violation for only 1 report. If a statement is a true violation, more than one person will report it. This will reduce haters.

2. If a violation is received, Community Service will provide a brief explanation. A link to the community guide is often unhelpful.

3. A person receiving a violation (offender) will be able to see who reported them (reporter) to give them an opportunity to block that user. Using the reporting fuction will automatically block the offender. If the reporter wishes to unblock, they could do so manually. This way, the offender can block the reporter so they will no longer be offended.

4. No reporting ability at level 1.

5. No 360 avatars at level 1. This will keep the porno avatars to a minimum.

Any other items you think might be helpful? I know there are some downsides to these suggestions, but I believe the upside outweighs them. Your thoughts?

I was in shock and disbelief to see war protestors standing outside of Fort Knox holding signs that said SHAME SHAME SHAME on you!! What the h-ll!!! Help, I am trying to replace a 10 yr old pool pump with a new Hayward 1 1/2 HP unit. I need a recommendation on how to remove the union that connects the pump to the DE filter. My issues is that when I turn the union (assuming counter clockwise is correct), and also having another wrench securing the threadeded side connected to the filter, the threaded side connecting to the pump will tighten until it cannot go anymore. If the union piece is only supposed to turn then let me know. otherwise the hacksaw is comming out to seperate the pieces (LOL). Also thinking of using strong flex tubing & clamps to connect once I remove.
