I don't think that your friend is a virgin, I think she isn't telling the truth about something going on there.

she is lying to you...not a virgin. there must be sex, or something could have been injected in her (sperm) by a doctor and that could get her pregnant with out sex. But somehow sperm needs to get into a woman for her to have a kid.
