we have a saint bernard and i shaved it for the summer, but i reshert and i learend never shave a saint bernard, so does it take like a month for the fur to grow back in? JUST answer my question dont tell me how to groom my dog, all i am askin is how long does it take for a saint bernards fur to grow back, and is there anything to make it frow faster cause he looks funny with his body shaved and his tail all long

I am looking for an old friend. He was stationed in Germany when we last spoke. When I called a base locator, I was able to find out that his last updated contact information is in Ft Meade, MD, 2005. How can I go about getting in contact with him. The base locator at Ft Meade said the system was down and she would only be able to find him by his SSN. Of course, I do not have that. I need help from someone that is actually in the army, lives on base, knows someone that lives on base, knows someone in the army, etc.

I have an offer accepted on a flat (UK). I have my mortgage offer, but my solicitor has not received any documents frm the vendor's solicitor. The vendor's solicitor and the estate agent are saying that they haven't received the title deeds from Northern Rock yet. It has been 5 weeks now. How long should this take - as i am getting worried that the sale won't go through. The vendor is a propoerty developer, but the flat is empty and the tenants have moved out. any advice or similar experiences?

Yesterday i had a new kitten, female 12 weeks old, and i already have a 2 year old cat, female. And although my older cat hasnt clawed the little kitties eyes out, shes stalking her around the house and hissing so much at her, will they ever get on? or will it be like this forever? and does anyone have any help on litter training,it appears the kitten isnt litter trained which isnt what we were told, so i think she is pooping all over our house! so a little help would be nice! thanks :) xxx

So I met a guy, we hit it off, then he says he is not sure if he is over his ex and also he is not sure he is sexually attracted to me. He wants to be friends and we hang out a lot. I'm coo with that. Now girlfriend is hanging out with him when I have other plans. When I call either one of them, not knowing they are together, they invite me. I feell SO pissed. Although the rental agreement allows me to rescind the "privilege" of paying the annual rent on a monthly basis in case of default, most judges will not award blance of year's rent attached to eviction.
AND once evicted the deadbeat tenant has no more oblication even though the landlord has to spend a lot of work and money to re-rent the apartment. If no takers for several months, the landlord is out the rent that there had been a contract to pay.

How's that fair to the landlord?
