Speaking from experience, anywhere from 5 to 7 weeks for good fuzzy fur and 9 to 11 weeks for an even coat to regrow and start looking normal (if not a little skinny looking) lol.. no biggie, just have patience.. he'll/she'll probably be a little cool at night, don't let him/her get a cold. Good luck.

It may take a month or so to grow back fully but I have never tried shaving a St Bernard.

I have a St.Bernard/Boxer/Border Collie mix,and I shave her every summer because she sheds so much.I also have a Chow/Australian shep mix with terribly thick hair, and I shave her in June and by November you can't tell she was ever shaved. It takes about 4 - 5 months for them to get back their full coats, but all dogs are different.Your dogs coat may come in faster or slower than mine's,but it will come back,so don't worry.

It will grow back when it sheds and start growing new fur. I'm not positively sure for Saint Bernard but my neighbor shaved her Alaskan Malamute and the poor dog had to wait 3 months to grow it back, but the good thing was that Malamutes shed twice a year, so ...
Good luck and please don't do things like that anymore.
