Would you report a stolen material to the original owner of the website?

I need an advice..
I know someone that took copyrighted material such as photos and some text from another company *his competitor* and duplicated on his site. Would you contact the competitor and report this?

If it bothers you much, then I you need to report on any way you want.

Just to clean your conscience.

Anyway, I think that keeping silence on a crime you know makes you part of the crime.

No - it is not my problem. I'm a user - I don't care where the material come from as long as the material is trustworthy and verifyable.
