Music is the best solution for me.Listen to your fav songs.Hang out with friends or spend alone with your self.Do some work outs daily.Eat chocolates it is best medicine for tension n depression.Good Luck.

Yoga. I've also heard this helps: Lay on your back with your legs straight and up against a wall. It improves circulation which eases tension. Acupuncture works well too, though if you're way too tense, it could be difficult to reach your pressure points.
