USA TODAY's Susan Page reports that President Bush is making some headway in arguing that the increase in U.S. troops in Iraq is showing military progress. In the latest USA TODAY/Gallup Poll, taken Friday through Sunday, the proportion of those who said the additional troops are "making the situation better" rose to 31% from 22% a month ago.

i am cutting ma hair for school this year. I am cutting it kinda short like halley berry used to have her hair. At first the idea of cutting ma hair that short was nerve recking. i didn't want to do it. But after seeing a couple of people on America's next top model with that hair style i figured it would look cute. But as school time reaches near i am not sure i want to cut it anymore. I feel i will be made fun of, or people won't like it, or i will look funny. How can i get over being self conscious.

Hm why is that?
when i go to the bathroom and pee i have the white discharge ..and after that my back and ovaries kind of hurts ..why is that? my period is due to 18 august ...is this a sign that my period is going to come in a week or two?


the white discharge is elastic and thick ( no itching,no smell )

I want to use the Pogrammable Logic Controller in a vehicle application project, but the vehicle has a 12volt battery, and the PLC requires 24volt DC. I don't want to use an inverter to get up to 240v AC, and then a rectified transformer to get back down to 12v DC, there must be a way to get from 12v DC to 24v DC by a more direct route. Does anybody know of a workable and cheap solution? PLCs consume very little power themselves, their inputs and outputs can use the vehicle 12v DC.

Here the deal..My sister is 40 and Bi-polar she is getting out of prison this week (for meth related) My mother keeps suggesting that my sister could help me out by watching my 18month old girl. I am definatly not comfortable with this. I dont mind if she comes over and helps while I take a shower or mow my yard those kind of things. My husband can not stand my sister and dosent even want her in our home...My mother insists she has changed. I'm stuck in the middle and can see both points of veiws. In the past whenever she stops taking her meds. she seems to turn to drugs. She is really good with children and they adore her. What would you do if you were in my shoes?? I want to keep the peace with all involved and that never seems to happen.

Admit it...at some point in your life you've made a racist statement, even if you "didn't mean to" you still said it and that means somewhere deep down you're somewhat racist...

So why is it that, even though you've made racist comments, you still judge people who publically make racist remarks like Kramer(although way over board) or Mel Gibson....

And not just racism, but sexist remarks, rude comments about gays or other people because of the religion the follow I know you've said SOMETHING that is wrong...do you chastise yourself when it "slips"?
