When the weather is humid, of if you are living in some costal area, water will condense on the pipes due to the coldness of the ac coils. So, if you mean that this water is dripping on the floor of the ground where the car is parked, it should not be a problem. IF this is irritating you nonetheless, you can try keeping the blower on, but switching off the a/c a few minutes (below 5 mins) driving time before reaching the parking point. But if water is coming into the passenger cabin, you have a problem and have your car checked.
Also, on a UNRELATED note, the cooling efficiency will come down after extended use of the a/c and hence, if you car has not been to a service station for a while, please take it and get them to spray water through the a/c coils - this will remove the dust and other particles stuck in the cooler coils. This is particularly essential in dusty environs like India.

Cold A/C coils (evaperator) collect moisture from the air. Using low fan speeds (Blower) inside car also using outside air or window rolled down brings in more moisture. In Texas starting in March we turn on the A/C outside air roll down the windows to blow the heat out then recurculate or Max air and full fan speed. then in November or December turn off the A/C and use heat. Water from A/C is normal

Very normal and in fact its healthy too. Its the moisture in the air that condenses at the cool coil. If the weather is most moist, i.e. more humid, there will be more dripping of water.
