In all the denominations I know of Mary is viewed very highly as a person to admire and respect but she is never prayed to or seen as sinless. She was chosen for a special purpose to give birth to the Messiah. No church I know of outside of the Catholic church say the rosary. I could be wrong, I don't know the teachings of every single church. However, I have been a christian for over 20 years and visited many denominations. But I have never encountered that. Hope that helps

Many members of the Anglo-Catholic movement in Anglicanism (Episcopalianism) venerate the Blessed Virgin Mary. For some this takes the form of the traditional Catholic Rosary. Anglican Churches also observe some of the feast days of Mary that Roman Catholics do.

besides the orthodox & others in Communion with the Rcc, it's very few and far between. There are some protestant, Lutheran & Episcopalian that understand Mary's role in God's master plan but there are others - Baptist especilly that think she was nothing more then a vessel. It'a really sad that many Christians don't understand the importance of Mary yet all those of the Muslim faith see her as a very important person and understand her importance.
There are some Lutherans & Prots that i know that pray the rosary but it's nothing that's taught.

From what I've seen, basically two things. One, the statues. Non-Catholics see someone kneeling in front of one in an attitude of prayer, and based on that appearance assume that the person is worshipping either Mary or the statue itself. Two, the belief that prayer and worship are always the same thing. To pray is to petition; it's still used in that sense in legal documents ("plaintiff prays that this court grant relief ...") but to some, if praying is to be done it is to God and God alone, because in their minds there is no difference between prayer and worship. Thus the constant harangue at Catholics for "worshipping" saints. In the first case, it is presumption; no one can possibly know what is in the heart of someone at prayer, only what it "looks like". In the second, it is a mindset that once solidified is not easily (if at all) amenable to the fact that, while prayer is certainly how we communicate with God, it is also how we petition Mary and the other saints for their intercession. It takes nothing away from the worship and adoration due to God alone.

Catholics share the belief in the Communion of Saints with many other Christians, including the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Oriental Orthodox Church, the Anglican Communion, and the Assyrian Church of the East.
With love in Christ.
