a) its directrix is vertical or hortizontal? why?
b) its directrix is above the pole, below the poler, to the right of the pole, to the left of the pole? why?

christians in the middle east?
Yah we have christians in the middle east, Christianity was born here and Moses, Abraham, jesus all lived here so we still exist in Afghanistan,Iraq,Iran, e.t.c but the #s are small and its dangerous. I was born in America but i've only been to an American church about 2 times, I've only been to our orthodox afghan churches here so I dont know what other Americans think or know about us christians in the middle east. I assume most christian conservatives are pro war and so are most Christian afghans that I know.

im allergic to fruits, except bananas and oranges. im worst off eating apples, cherries, pears, peach, and plum. they make my lip swell and i get a boil on my lip, plus my throat and gums itches/burns and sometimes its hard for me to breathe, so i cough a lot. i dont know why im allergic to them....they taste so good. i know that my allergic reaction is not very pleasant, but i take a taste once in a while and then i regret it. im tired of eating bananas and oranges...i want to eat the other fruits...is there a medicine to like prevent my symptoms?

I bring money whenever i go out, but i've always got friends asking me to lend them some money because they were too lazy to bring their own. I usually have to wait 2 weeks just to get my money back (I'm talking about small money).
Whats a good way to tell my friends that I'm not going to lend them money without looking so selfish?

my boyfriend and I r from different cultures....im asian so we still have arranged marriages but hes an american..been together 6months...i was very worried ths week about my parents tryin to arrange my marriage with this man and he asked me a few times if something was wrong...finally yesterday i told him about it and honestly i was expecting a reaction from him but all i got was 'i dont know what to say cuz i dont know how arranged marriages work'...i thought that by tellin him this i could get an idea if hes really serious about us (he said i love u 2 weeks ago)...but i got nothing...finally i bluntly asked him where 'we' were and he said hes already said that he loves me and hes willing to meet my parents....is there something wrong with this situation...how would a guy react to this!!!!

I'm moving into my first apartment, and I really have no idea how to decorate the bathroom. Do you know if there are any TV specials airing here and there about old JT? Such as Behind the Music, or maybe Biography? A&E does quite a few rock and roll personalities...and of course BTM is all about rockers' lives. Maybe there are other series out there that I'm not aware of.

If I was tipped off to an episode about JT, I could DVR it.

I have been a huge fan of JT for years and years and first and foremost I love him as a musician. I would love to hear HIM talk more about his life in and out of the biz, his collaborations, his ups and downs, of which there are plenty.
