also this is my starting baseline trade. i learned many years ago that you shouldnt offer youre best proposal right away and that you should start at a lower but still fair proposal. if he doesnt accept, ill still go on with another proposal but ill throw in anothe good wr, i noticed that he had a weak wr core. colston's gonna be massive this year eh?

I think there's a good chance he'll accept it because Willie Parker seems to be a hot fantasy commodity, but I think you'd be getting the better of the deal.

Both Parker and Gore are fantasy studs. They're quick runners who can both catch the ball out of the backfield, and I'd expect them to put up similar points in fantasy leagues this year. The difference is at WR, where Colston is a better bet than Galloway. Colston is much younger, and he's the top receiving option on a stacked offense. Galloway, on the other hand, plays in that shaky Tampa offense and isn't likely to put up really big numbers.

I'd offer it up, and see what happens. If it goes through, you've improved your team.

Unless you are dealing with an idiot, this deal won't get accepted. Colston is better than Galloway. Gore is better than Parker. Why would another team accept that trade? How does it improve his team?

I understand your initial offer isn't your best, but this offer is liable to just anger the guy which will then keep him from wanting to make a deal with you. Offer him a legit trade up front, but you are going to have to be willing to throw in something nice.

Remember, you are probably trying to trade for his 1st and 2nd round draft picks. If he wanted Parker, he could have taken him instead of Gore (unless you drafted ahead of him and made a foolish pick). Also if he wanted Galloway, he probably could have drafted him instead of Colston.

It ain't gonna fly unless the other guy is a moron and even if he is a moron, it is probably going to get vetoed.

he's giving up the better RB and the better WR. i don't see it happening (unless he's a Steelers fan).

i'd rather have Colston, obviously, over Galloway. but i'd also rather have Fast WIllie than Gore. Gore is a guy i'm staying away from this year, too fragile, and i don't see any way he'll play a full season. in fact, he may never play a full 16 games for the rest of his career. i would hang tight with Willie & Galloway.

Yes. Colston should have an awsome year this year by playing fulltime wide reciever. You may have seen how amazing this guy was last year. Also, ESPN magazine has F. Gore ranked 3rd among starting RB's this year! Go for it. Galloway and Parker are also good. I don't see how you could lose by trading. You should come out on top.

it would be a great trade in your favor. if he's smart he probably wont, but its worth the try. gore led nfc in rushing yards last season

Haha, no way he accepts this, but it's worth a shot.
