You can go to murry bergtraum highschool because they allow people to use their bathrooms

If you are in lower manhattan, you can go to century 21 or to the south street seaport mall.

Hotels all have public restrooms and are always clean.
Millennium Hotel across from the WTC site.
Marriott Hotel a few blocks south of the WTC site.

There are no toilets in downtown Manhattan. If you go there you should be wearing diapers. Your travel agent should have told you that.

You can try a Starbucks...Old Navy on 14th street has bathrooms...
