This battery came with the car and is 20 months old. The car has 25,000 miles on it (I drive to L.A. a lot). I've heard that location sometimes makes a difference, I live in Nevada - the car has been in temperatures over 100 about 5 times and never under 0 degrees, which seems about normal to me. Does anyone think that this is an average lifespan for a battery or might I have more serious problems?

1. LCD.
I wish to use the LCD monitor as the cover. I will remove its power supply so that it uses the main supply. What is the DC voltage into the LCD panel?

2. Briefcase
I am looking at an aluminium carrier for a 17in laptop. I will install the motherboard face down with a fan hole, so that the fan vortex would blow at my knees/shoes while I am using it.

3. Motherboard
I can't find any AMD quad core mb. Would I have to settle for Intel?
I need to avoid having plugin boards taller than 3in. So, I need a mb integrated with:
-sound
-wireless lan
-usb
-firewire
-nvidia geforce DVI

If possible, microATX.

depression is an actual illness so I don't want any answers of y'all telling me to tough it out and all that crap, I want an actual answer as to what you would do.

depression is like breaking your arm, only difference is no one else can see it, because it's all in your head, you're brain is actually messed up, and that's what causes it, that and its hereditary, if I asked you how I could get a cast for my broken arm, you wouldn't tell me just to tough it out without one, its the same diff. don't tell me that.

1) The NSA was created to detect / monitor foreign threats to the US.
2) The Bill of Rights protects US citizens and legal residents, thus it is not relevant to the NSA's spying on foreigners abroad. If Congress funds the operation, the NSA can legally spy on foreigners at will without a warrant.
3) A Cold War tactic of the Soviets was to infiltrate the US. In response to this the NSA's attention was drawn inside, and to, our borders.
4) FISA was enacted in 1978 to limit the NSA's activities with respect to cross-border and US-internal electronic surveillance.
5) FISA is a limiting statute - if it doesn't apply to an NSA activity not covered by another law, the activity is legal.
6) FISA contains a definitions section limiting its application to specific, enumerated circumstances.
7) If the NSA targets a foreigner, and monitors, using a satellite in orbit, that foreigner's calls into and from the US, this does not fit any of those circumstances, thus FISA does not apply.
