I try not to. I will give whatever practical help I can but believe Jesus can do the things that I can't. I pray for people and place them in His hands and let Him do the worrying for me and trust Him to provide solutions beyond my ability. :)

yes.... been worrying and thinking about someone almost daily now for over a month.

all the time i volunteer on a suicide hot line and every time they hang up the phone there is nothing you can say or do but trust that the person has made their own right decision.

Yep, mostly at night and it stops me from falling asleep. I have bad thoughts and fears for these people. I was the one that carried them when they should have carried me, its hard to shake it off but i hope one day they'll sort their lives out and be happy for once.

i'm a born worrier. i worry about everyone i care about... even people that i've never met before - like some of my contacts on yahoo answers, in particular, one contact who is attempting to hitch hike from france to the UK.... sod all i can do to help him, but knowing that doesn't stop me from worrying about him.
