An Englishman, a Scotman and an Irishman were stopped on High Street by the police and asked for their names. Not wishing to give their real names the Englishman looked about and then said 'John Sainsburys.' The Scotsman looked around and said, 'Mark Spencer.' The Irishman did the same and said 'Bradford and Bingley Building Society.'

I'm shopping for a new digital camera, and all the models that interest me have no viewfinder, "LCD only." This seems like it might be a problem, since if the LCD screen breaks, or there is a glare on the screen, it will be difficult to line up a good shot. How important is the viewfinder on a digital camera, and why do so many compact and subcompact cameras have LCD only, rather than a viewfinder and and LCD like the other cameras I've owned? Do you have any suggestions for a good camera under $400 with good shutter lag?

She throws up 2 or 3 times a week. Most of the time it is just slimy water and food chunks. We have tried changing her food but that hasn't helped. She has only been an inside dog for 4 months so I don't know if this has been happening since I've had her or not. She will be 3 years old in November and is a Cairn Terrier/Australian Shepherd mix. Any help would be great!

I have a Samsung Blackjack that I frequenlty connect to my PC for recharging and file transferring. As long as my phone has some power this works fine. When the device has no power the USB port doesn't recognize that I have plugged anything into it and doesn't start recharging my phone. Unfortunately, today the battery is completely dead and I do not have access to my normal charger. Normally, this isn't an issue, as I just go to my car and recharge the phone for a minute or so to get power. Is there a way on a WinXP PC to force a USB port to send power to a device or to trick the port into thinking there is a device there?

I have heard this many times... "give it to God"... "Offer it up to Him"... "God has a plan"... "God will take care of this"...

Whereas God may help and support us, shouldn't we do our own spiritual work and healing? When things get too difficult or uncomfortable do you just pass your problem on to God and do nothing? Do you find yourself wondering why God never answers your prayers?

We all know how crazy it can be to be a mom!

I wish I had a Mantra... something to say to myself when I'm having a hard time.

For instance.... "it's just a phase, its just a phase, its just a phase...."

I also have the serenity prayer hanging on my wall.... im not religious but it helps me remember to calm down when i get frustrated.

how do YOU keep YOUR cool in a chaotic, child-filled environment?

A person in my neighborhood has one of those cars with a sound system that makes their whole freaking car buzz and hum until it sounds like it's going to break apart! Does anyone else think these buzzing, shaking monstrosities aren’t cool, but ridiculous? They blast it loud too, making me listen to their brand of music whether I want to hear it or not. Talk about urban blight-- ugh! I just don’t get what the point is. Furthermore, what's a juicy, insulting name for these noise pollution generators? I thought of calling them "buzzers," but it's not scathing and humiliating enough!
