Just get to know a lot of people, answer a lot of questions, try to be funny, but not insulting, try to be helpful and encouraging. In time, people will get to know you and look forward to your answers. This is just like anything else in life; it's contact based, and as your list of contacts expands, so will your best answer picks. :)

If you only want to get the best answer, make other account, ask question and choose yourself as the best answer lolz
I know someone in my contact do that, but for me, that won't be interesting
