Does anyone else think "buzzing" car stereos are pointless & stupid?

A person in my neighborhood has one of those cars with a sound system that makes their whole freaking car buzz and hum until it sounds like it's going to break apart! Does anyone else think these buzzing, shaking monstrosities aren’t cool, but ridiculous? They blast it loud too, making me listen to their brand of music whether I want to hear it or not. Talk about urban blight-- ugh! I just don’t get what the point is. Furthermore, what's a juicy, insulting name for these noise pollution generators? I thought of calling them "buzzers," but it's not scathing and humiliating enough!

As part of my electrical engineering studies, I'm seriously thinking of designing a random jamming device for loud car stereos.

I agree, when I was younger I used to think that a guy with a good system in his car was so cool. But now and I mean like 7 years later, I think it is so annoying and stupid to blow your system out to the point where you can hear a buzzing noise under the music! I am so glad I grew out of that! I wish they would ban it I am tired of being woken up by a noise polluter who thinks he is cool.

No i don't find it stupid, i actually like, lol, i say it all the time, and actually i find it easier to type since the letters for it are so close together.

Yes it's ridiculous!! How can you possibly enjoy your music like that you can barely hear anything clearly. It is very stupid.

I hate it too, and thank god a lot of states now have laws against it.
