My Saturn has 145,000 mi. on it and I hear a metal on metal clunking noise coming from the front end when i hit a bump. Both front tires are worn on the inside edges. If it is a ball joint problem, what can I expect to spend to repair and does it require a special tool?

I hold a BS in Mathematics, and am currently a grad student studying Statistics.
My question is: Is there anyone who works in financial management, or budget analysis, and can tell me how much statistical methods are used on your projects at work?

Capitalist philosophy embraces open immigration because it expands markets and prevents shortfalls in labor supply which breed black markets in labor (illegal immigration).

Is there any logical reason to oppose open immigration unless you are anti-capitalist (communist) or just don't like foreigners (racist)?

i'm working on writing a book. I'm 13, but my literary skills are pretty good for my age. the person that wrote Eragon was 15 when the first was published. I have two suggestions:
1. I'm thinking about writing something that could be the next Harry Potter. It going to be a fantasy as well, it includes a magical school, something about blood lineage, and a prophecy. The main characters, however, is a girl, two or her friends, and a magical creature that shares a connection with the girl. I'm hesitant about writing it, because the magical school idea was a big part in Harry Potter, and I don't want to be accused to plagiarism.
2. I feel a little safer about this one, but I'm not quite as into it as the first. It takes place in medieval times, includes mythical creatures, such as an elf, and the main character is a boy. It has a few references to famous characters in Arthurian legends, such as King Arther, Merlin, and Lady of the Water. Magic is a major part of the plot, as is #1.

I have tried everything from lotions to supplements and I still couldn't get rid of spots until I went on a diet restriction. I must say its very hard to stick to it as I can't eat what I want. Although it has helped a lot with my skin I've been depressed because all I seem to think about is all the delicious food I could eat and I have lost weight from this, I really feel like I've been punishing myself. HELP??

My boston terrier is 5 years old and for the last 4 or 5 months she's had little spells of heavy panting and shaking. she doesnt lose consciousness, is obviously still "with us", no foaming at the mouth, urination, def, etc... so why is she doing this? It doesn't quite match up to epilepsy...

I currently have a laptop that has vista home premium on it with alot of expensive software and alot of important files on it, I am going to upgrade to windows vista ultimate 32bit (the full retail version) just because it was given to me. How do i do this? I have norton ghost 12.0 and i made a shadow copy of my hardrive on an external hardrive so what would i do next? will installing the new OS erase all my programs and files on my laptop hardrive if so will i have to reinstall them from my shadow copy on my external hardrive? I was going to do a clean install of vista ultimate just so you know!

I use to listen to Howard Stern and then he went to sattelite. then i got a new car that came with Sirius but i found that all he does is complain and talk about how everyone steals from him and how he hates president bush and so on. Im not filipino. But when I see their pictures on the Net, they have the face of an angel. Im not posting this question to offend other Asian races, because ALL of them are beautiful. Why does the three-quarter moon look convex? If the shadow of the earth is the shaded part of the moon, shouldn't it be concave, the same as the one-quarter moon looks? Thanks!
