I use to listen to Howard Stern and then he went to sattelite. then i got a new car that came with Sirius but i found that all he does is complain and talk about how everyone steals from him and how he hates president bush and so on. So i just canceled my subscription and i cant say that i miss him.

howard is great, his show on sirius is funny as hell, and they even have all the old shows totally uncensored...all he does is complain? dude, you must be listening to rush limbaugh. bubba the love sponge is hilarious and sirius satellite radio is fuggin' great...there is hell of badass stuff on there. but people who don't like howard have been sayin' the same tired crap for years. artie lange has got to be one of the funniest MF's around, and the wack pack is wackier than ever. i guess that makes me a real prick too, cuz i find it funny that people who ain't even heard him on sirius are slagging him. the reason his show started to suck before he left terrestrial radio is cuz the FCC had him by the balls. F the CC! infact, yahoo!inc. has about the same mentality as the FCC and it has got me feeling sick, and George Bush is a goddamn moron, i think that is your real beef with howard. he supports the troops but has taken a firm stance against the war. have a nice ****** day. really. i couldn't care less whether you liked howard or not.

I am a sirius subscriber, I love the music and I love the Stern show. That being said I am also the mother of an autistic child. I was sickened when I heard him this morning. What he said about Jenny;s son was sick/ Asking if he wears a football helmet really made me mad. Jenny's son is indistinguishable from his peers as is my high functioning son. That being said Howard does equally make fun of everyone. He is always making jokes about Robin being molested by her father, he has several guests that have mental and other disorders ie "Gary the retard", "Wendy the retard" and "Eric the midget". He pokes fun at these people and its not right. On the other hand they do seem to love the show and they are compensated in various ways. Although I am not a huge Howard fan I do love the show. I love Robin, Fred and especially Artie. Though I was extremely offended at Howards ignorance and rudeness thats just who he is. I have encountered a lot of arrogant people along this strange journey of dealing with autism. Most people honestly don't have a clue. They see my son who is very friendly and social and don't understand. Its a spectrum disorder, no autistic kid is alike. Thanks for reading :)

I absolutely still listen.
He does WAY more than what you explained, he's an entertaining genius, but, if you were a 'real' fan, you'd already know that.
You do know there are a TON of great music stations and other programming that may just suite your needs.

Not so much anymore as I don't get Sirius... however, I am a member of this rabid Stern fan radio.. it's online ... www.syndicateradio.net on stickam.. it's free and totally raw.... we have Gary the Retard, Zolar, and Billy Mira doing broadcasts ... check it out.. and welcome to the family.

I think he lost a lot of his "funny" when he went to sirius (pun intended). Him getting violated for things is what had a lot appeal to it. He used to have some good topics. I haven't heard him since he went to sirius and I haven't heard any reason to (you just confirmed that). I was a fan, but when he turned into a tight-fisted money grubber, he lost his appeal, to me anyway.
