Outlook on social service job in GA, NC, SC?

I will graduate in December with a B.A. in Sociology/Human Services and am interested in finding a job in either South/North Carolina or Georgia. I am seeking an entry level job as a Human Service Specialist and would like to know if these states have any good career oppportunities?

I would think so. All three states (especially NC and SC) are growing rapidly. With growth comes more social services.
