I removed as much as the grout haze as I could by simply wiping down. It doesn't look like there is any haze left, but my tiles don't seem as dark and shiny as they did before grouting. I don't think it's leftover grout haze, but even if it was there are squares of marble in the design, so I don't think I can use the commercial haze out. Is there any way to get the shine and color back in my tiles? Should I buff the floor with sheepskin, flannel, or something like that?

I have a 91 Mercury grand marquis I recently aquired. I was changing the oil today and I only got about two quarts when I drained it. The car is on a slight grade (hill) but it's almost level.
I was able to get another quart out of it by bouncing on the bumper, but the dipstick is still reading that it's about a quart low.
I added two quarts after putting the new filter on and it's reading that it's over full. I've been changing my own oil for about 16 years, and I've never had a problem draining it.

It's a stretch, but I almost think that someone replaced the dipstick with the wrong one, the part # on the dipstick is F1AE-6750-BA M but I can't find anything to reference it to. I'm going to call the dealer in the morning to verify it.

Im trying to learn how to knit again because i forgot pretty much everything i had learned. Anyways im trying to get the twisted look you get from using a cable but it just turns out like a mess . i dont know if you start using it from the beginning or what. i try reading patterns or whatever, but i have a hard time understanding all that abbreviation crap

Help. Before marriage husband chose to hang out and not care for our family, so I filed for child support. After about 2 months he got his act together and started taking care of our daughter. So we went to court and I closed the case and had all the past and present arrears that was owed to me to be wiped clean. This motion was granted that day in court. Balance $0.00. Later he got a letter that said Balance $2,000 and I called and was told it was for her healthcare. Then it turned to $3,000 5 1/2 years later now its $4,000?! He never called to find out why!! Years later we got married, $230 came out my taxes towards it and now the sheriff is after him! The people they spoke to were told that he would have to pay $4,000 for bail! I checked online to see if money from irs was applied, and it wasnt. I will call tomorrow. He had one years ago and paid $250 he was ok.But if he or I go to child support will he be given the option to pay only a portion? We're broke! Any help would be great.

We opened up the kitchen drop ceiling. On one wall we will have a good amount of space, but unfortunately we discovered the huge oven vent on a different wall. Do we box the vent back in? Are there oven vent alternatives? The oven is not on an outside wall, so the vent is in a j-shape. We (okay, I) already took out the sheetrock (about four feet wide) but I left the crown molding in place. Any suggestions?

Bubba, an airline mechanic, was bragging to his boss one day, "you know I know everyone there is to know. Just name someone, anyone, and I know them."

Tired of his boasting, his boss called his bluff, "OK, Bubba how about Tom Cruise?" "Sure, yes, Tom and I are old friends, and I can prove it." So Bubba and his boss fly out to Hollywood and knock on Tom Cruise's
door,and sure enough, Tom Cruise, shouts, "Bubba! Great to see you!You and your friend come right in and join me for lunch!"

Although impressed, Bubba's boss is still skeptical. After they leave Cruise's house, he tells Bubba that he thinks Bubba's knowing Cruise was just lucky.

"No, no, just name anyone else,"

Bubba says. "President Bush", his boss quickly retorts. "Yep," Bubba says, "I know him, let's fly out to Washington" and off they go. At theWhite House, Bush spots Bubba on the tour and motions him and his
boss over, saying, "Bubba, what a surprise, I was just on my way to a meeting, but you and your friend come on in and let's have a cup of coffee first and catch up."

Well, the boss is very shaken by now, but still not totally convinced. After they leave the White House grounds, he expresses his doubts to Bubba, who again implores him to name anyone else.

"The new Pope", his boss replies. "Sure!" says Bubba. "I've known the Pope a long time." So off they fly to Rome.

Bubba and his boss are assembled with the masses in Vatican Square when Bubba says, "This will never work. I can't catch the Pope's eye among all these people. Tell you what, I know all the guards so let
me just go upstairs and I'll come out on the balcony with the Pope," and he disappears into the crowd headed toward St. Peter's.

Sure enough, half an hour later Bubba emerges with the Pope on the balcony. But by the time Bubba returns, he finds that his boss has had a heart attack and is surrounded by paramedics.

Working his way to his boss's side, Bubba asks him, "What happened?"

His boss looks up and says, "I was doing fine until you and the Pope came out on the balcony and the Japanese tourist next to me asked, "Who's that on the balcony with Bubba?"
