how many is too much or not enough?
im eating around 70 everyday right now.
does eating lots of fat like 70 add unecessay fat on your body, i dont want this

Eating fat does add fat to your body unless you exercise a lot or you're starving already. OK, here is roughly how you should design your diet:

Eat a total number of calories 12 times the weight you want to weigh, plus whatever you burn from exercise (don't overdo it . . . a small snack is enough to replace what most people burn from exercise each day)
Eat about 30% of your calories from fat, 55% from carbohydrates, and 15% from protein. Protein and carbohydrates are each about 4 calories per gram and fat is about 9 calories per gram.

70 grams of fat daily doesn't sound too bad for most people . . . I think I'd try to reduce that by a few grams, but it's in the right range. Good night!

You should be more worried about your calorie intake to gain weight. You do not want to eat a ton of fat. Just up your calories and do not increase your physical activity.

u should eat like protein not fat eat lots of read meat and i u want to gain lots of wight eat 3 times a week mc donalds
