"Green" environmentally friendly weapons which don't make use of fossil fuels and it's derivatives like oil, gasoline/petrol, kerosene? What about the manufacturing processes? Are they using recycled paper and water?

Or do they need all the spare oil & resources to fund their great killing machines? It would be hypocritical of governments to impose such strict environmental management legislation on people and manufacturers but not adopt them for their own processes and needs.

but hey they are in the business of killing so why should they care?

I'm in a dilemma. I am looking to purchase a next-gen console sometime this winter and I'm really stuck between the X-box 360 and the PS3. (Don't even mention the Wii because it looks like one of the gayest consoles ever released) I know that the X-box 360 has more and probably better games now but I don't know if the PS3 will get better before the holidays or if it will tank. (If it helps I really like action and shooting/war games) So if someone out there could tell me (and back up what they say with some facts) what console would be the best bet this holiday season.

It seems like now a days, other colors are acceptable. This being said, I have a funeral to go to, and no black clothes. I have brown capri, plaid dress pants, a brown shirt, and brown heels. Is that "acceptable" for a funeral, or at least the viewing?

me its Jorge Posada this year i have really realized how important he is to the yankees how much credit he does not really get because there are bigger players with the yankees because what he has done catching is such a hard position and trying to handle all those rookies this yeard and still having such a great offensive year and still hitting over 330 in August love this man have the most appreciation for him'

I was answering a question earlier about bigotry and how we as a Society seem to be progressing beyond it. Yet, I thought how much more violence there seemed to be.
Why is it that people feel the need to resort to violence to get their points across? Why hurt another person just because you don't believe in, what they do or in how they love?
We wouldn't want anyone to do that to someone *we* Loved, so how could any human being do that to another??
One person's bloody hatred ends up being some one else's battered child.
Why?

I’m a 32-year-old heterosexual(straight) single Male who is open-minded, laid-back, confident a n d “being (himself)/myself”; and spiritually humanistic but not religious.



It is at least 4 years since I have either (gone on)/(had a ‘date’) or been in an intimate(non-platonic friendship) with a peer-aged female; of any race/ethnicity; and therefore; my amorous/‘romantic’ skills has become a little ‘rusty’— such skills are as follows: communication/conversation, listening, caring, trusting, emotional(‘feelings’), and physical/sexual intimacy(increase the mutually consentual affection/passion-- hugs, kisses, massages, maybe even sex[presume coitus; and/or giving/receiving oral ‘sex’], etc.)

well I kno that people go to college all the time but for me idk its kind of more special cause i'm only 16. I graduated early and took classes at my local community college so I also finished a year of college. For me going to college is going to be a big step because i'm so young..and its going to be even harder on my parents. I wanna do something special because i kno they are gonna miss me a lot and are so sad to see me go and to see me grow...any ideas?

Ok, we recently put another layer of landscape fabric and rocks over the old and existing fabric and rocks around the tree and up to the tree trunk. We did that 2 months ago and it was fine. We haven't had much rain and now I notice that it's fall outside! At first I thought it was just the lack of rain, but my neighbor across the street has the same type of tree and his is not like mine. The leaves are turning yellow and falling off everyday. I am so worried because it's a beautiful, large tree that if dead it would cost a lot of money to remove and make our yard look dead.

Please help! Do you think it's because of our extra layer of rocks and fabric that's killing it? Yikes!

A roomate of mine issued me checks for rent, but he told me to wait untill he has funds on the account to deposit the checks. It's been quite sometime and I am in the process of evicting him. Also, now he seems not willing to pay at all which is quite irresponsible and rude. I have his checks with his signatures. Can I press fraud charges against him? Indicating that he knowngly and intentionaly gave me checks with no funds that would bounce everytime i deposit them on my account?

my guy and i have this ongoing battle. i refuse to tell him how many guys ive slept w/. he says its because i know the number is more than he has had. he claims he's only been w/ between 10-20 women. i say he's lying. i know my number is more than 20 but i wont say how many. im 26 and have been active since 13. he's 31 and has been active since 14. he claims there is no way i should have more partners than he cause im younger and a female. how many sex partners is too many? how many partners have ya'll had and do you share this info w/ ur boy/or girlfriend? do you lie about ur number? does this even matter in ur relationship?

I have always had issues being open with my emotions. It took my 16 years to tell my parents I love them.

Here recentally my boyfriend has been expressing his feelings to me in a lovy dovy way. I.E."I feel like we are the only two people in the world. When I stare into your eyes, nothing else matters," I want to be able to do that. I feel the same things about him, but I can't voacalize it. Can you help me? I'm getting my almost 6 month kitten neutered pretty soon and I need to decide if I want him declawed (just on his two front paws) too since its cheaper if you get it all done at once. His scratching doesn't bother me much like me getting hurt-wise (he bites more anyway) but I don't want him to scratch up the furniture or anything. He doesn't do it now but I heard that they will when they get older. The main reason I don't want him to get declawed is because I think it would hurt him and my dad is really against it too. Is it cruel? I don't want him to hate me or anything lol but it might be for the best. And he's just an indoor cat also so he doesn't need much defense for himself. I'd like some opinions on this thanks

What should I look for?

I play a large variety of games.

I run Windows Vista.

A 2600PRO card with 512MB of DDR2 Ram wasn't nearly good enough for my use. Was that the speed of ram or the GPU?

It has to be less than $150.
