If I have a headache I normally take Advil but if that doesn't knock it out I will also take Tylenol too.

Exeddrin works for me, TYlenol and Advil don't seem to work that well for my headaches..

Advil. My sister-in-law told me that it would dissolve before it got to your liver. Tylenol is especially bad on your liver if you drink. Don't know if it's true, but Tylenol never helped my headaches anyway.

When I have a very bad migraine I take Motrin 600 mg. When I have a headache I take Tylenol.
