Okay so my son is 3 months and 2 weeks. Everytime I put him down he cries...and cries. Its wearing my patience thin because it is impossible to hold him all day until his father gets here after work about 6. How do I make him stop? I have tried everything...and i know he isnt hungry, wet, etc.. he just NEEDS to be held.

An earlier question made me wonder if other vegans and vegetarians go out of their way to get Fair Trade chocolate and coffee, if they consider it part of their veg*nism to not support human slavery as well, or what other products/practices you guys know of that contribute to awful human rights violations.
(Also interested in hearing responses from non-veg people who support the Fair Trade initiatives.)

Even the slightest criticism,and they immediately resort to name-calling,insults and profanity. And it's very intense. Any challenge to their belief system - the Primordial Soup being hit by lightning,etc. - and they fly into a complete rage. I see no indication of cool-minded rationalism,still less any trance of enlightened humanism. In fact,they sound just like those fundies who want to establish a Christian theocracy. Nor do they impress one as educated,for the most part. Why do they feel they should be above criticism? Is it some kind of fascist conception that they constitute an elite? That does appear to be their self-image. Opinions?

One day, Jim Jr M is enjoying the aquatic world 20 feet below the seas surface when he notices a bloke at the same depth, but without any scuba gear whatsoever.

Jim Jr M goes down another 20 feet and, after a few minutes, the bloke joins him.

Jim Jr M goes down another 25 feet more and, minutes later, the same bloke joins him again.

This confuses Jim Jr M, so he takes out a waterproof chalkboard set and writes, "How the hell are you able to stay this deep under water without breathing apparatus?"

there is a girl that lives near me, im not sure she likes me. i have "met" her 5 or 6 times, when i get in the vicinity of her, i cannot make eye contact or be near, i seem distant and cold, im very shy and not confident, i have no self worth. ive been to her house a few times, each time i cannot talk normal, ive only responded to her in a simple fashion, "yes, no" e.t.c i am not myself around her.

im very good at masking myself so it may seem i dont care, or seem cold when im not like that, i just cant maintain eye contact or even create conversation. ive been out with her and others, she sat opposite me but the whole night i did my best to ignore her :( . i didnt want to but i couldnt help it. ive never had a girlfriend. my friend told me she thinks im good looking.

the problem is girls expect the guy to make the first move and ask them out, i cant do it, what do i do? is she waiting for me to ask? i dont have confidence or agressiveness to ignite it like other guys.

I purchased a 95 Accord V6 that runs great, but the tachometer is always at 0. The check engine light is on with a P0725 error code. I did some google research and read this article that suggests I replace the ignition coil:

Only thing is that the article mentions an "erratic" tachometer, not a broken tachometer. I also stumbled upon a forum thread where people were discussing success at fixing their "erratic" tachometers by replacing the coil. I really don't want to shell out $80 for a new coil only to find that my tach is still sitting on 0. Is there anything I can check on the car before I purchase a new coil?

I have two DELL Desktop PC's both running Windows XP. I have an old Compaq running Windows 98 I'm using as a server of sorts where I want to drop files for storage to keep the local Dell hard drives clean. I can see the Compaq shared C: drive from both DELLS, but the Compaq cannot see the shared C: drives on the DELLS. I have set security at Mid level, but I'm obviously missing something. What am I missing?
