How can I see all the videos of YouTube in my Apple TV?

I have a list of 23 favorites, but only 10 are listed on my FAVORITES. What can I do?

You have to wait until Youtube transcodes those videos from Flash to H.264 for Apple.

I don't think you can do this. You can call the Apple Store and try it.
