Its impossible to tell.

Although 0 x 2 = 0, this is not the case with this question. It is a case of 'doubling'. Imagine you are in a freezing room, for it to be twice as cold it would be a hell of a lot more colder, so it would not be the same temperature. I know that sounds obvious but im just stating that the times table does not apply for this very simple reason.

You need a reference point.. even if you said it was 10 degrees twice as cold cannot be calculated from this number. You need a reference of the day before it was 30 degrees today it is 10 degrees tomorrow it will get twice as cold at which time you could calculate that it would be -10 degrees.

Depends on what you call normal temperature. In physics barometer measurements are taken based on normal temperature and pressure at sea level, pressure being 1 bar and temperature being deg C. Now then if you find that, to you, a normal temperature is 20 dec C (68F), then to be twice as cold as 0deg C would take you to -20degC.

Well since temperatures are measured in heat and not cold (cold is just the perception of a lack of heat) I would say that this question can only be answered on February 29th in odd numbered years.
