I am seeking to do what I can to make Christian/Gay relations better.

what can be done to make things better? probably 99% the other side, but what gays do? you can't do anything about what Christians do? - Please understand not all Christians are the same. God doesn't hate gay people and those people who say that are horribly mis-informed. That's not what the Bible says. The Bible says ALL have sinned and fall short. It doesn't single anyone out. I fall just as short as you do. I'm no better.

I'm writing questions to the Christian side as well. I'm just trying to do what I can to help make things better - It seems like a very difficult task.

A number of gay people were kind to me when my wife died, and I am trying to do my part to help.
I'm not like a lot of other people. I'm not going to get up there and bash you over the head like I'm better or something. I can honestly relate to many of you.
I don't always understand but I try. love.

I live in upstate NY and there seems to be a lot of deer around. I've been through several car accidents because of the deer, it is almost impossible to drive at night on the back roads because of all them.
Is this a common problem in other parts of the country?
Any ideas on what could be done to solve this problem?
I personally think the government should declare "open season". Thus hunters are allowed to get as many deer as they can with the gun they want. (At least for a time)

Their cousins tell them they are "white-washed" and call them things like "white girls" (in Spanish). Then they go to school and are told "to go back to their own country" and some mothers do not want my daughters playing with their children for fear they might learn bad things from them. I just recently told my guy friend that I got my belly button pierced about 7 months ago. Well, it turns out that he is completely against the idea and is refusing to talk to me. He says that it's degrading and that only self-conscious people do it. He's blaming his beliefs on his extreme conservatism. I am very offended and surprised at his reaction and I wanted to know if anyone agrees with him.

Personally, I think he's overreacting and if he really was a true friend, he would look past the naval ring and get over it. He said that it completely changes me as a person and he can't look at me the same way anymore. But it's not like I flaunt it, and if I did, he would have found out about it a long time ago. Besides, I wear moderate clothing and It's not like I show it off to every person that I meet. I don't think that he's in the position to even say his opinion like that to me. He's not my boyfriend or my father, just a friend, and apparently not a very good one.

Im always reading questions on here from men who have a problem with their wife's weight..How come these men dont love them unconditionally yea i know when these men marry their wife she is thin but vows say for better or worse..Im sure these men arent perfect..My husband and i have been happily married 16 yrs and i am about 260 but he met me this way,married me this way and it has never bothered him 1 bit cause he loves me more then anything and is still very attracted to me..When we married i was over 200 and have lost and gained over the yrs but i am trying to lose again for me NOT for him...If you really and truly love someone then a little bit of weight gain shouldnt matter..So what is up with these men?

Everyday for lunch and supper I usually eat either boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled with lemon pepper or tillapia prepared the same way. I was wondering that is too many calories. Yes, I do get sick of eating those two things daily, but it is all that I know of that is healthy.

I appreciate & support our troops 100%!! So, i don't want you all to get the wrong idea by what i'm about to say. It's simply an opinion!
Okay, i don't understand how America is against gang violance & killing but then again they have our troops fighting & killing for our freedom! Like, if you really think about it Iraq is one gang & America is another gang fighting for what is ours, right? I'm not really sure how to explain what i'm trying to say but i'm trying! Lol. Anyway, so don't you all think America is being hypictricical because shouldn't they be SHOWING us that violance is not that anwser & gangs are bad rather then initiating it??

Hello!
I have an unknown compound of simple salt that contains one cation and one anion. Possible cations include silver, lead, bismuth, tin, aluminum, zinc and antimony. Possible anions include chloride, bromide, Iodine, sulfate, sulfide, sulfite, nitrate, phosphate, and colbalt. I try to dissolve the unknown compound into the following solution.

In H2O: insoluble even with stirring and heating
In HCl: insoluble after stirring and heating
In HNO3: soluble after stirring and heating
In NaOH: soluble after upon adding into 6 M NaOH
IN NH3: soluble after adding, and complete soluble after stir and wait.

I think it's silver chloride. Any idea?
