Everyday for lunch and supper I usually eat either boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled with lemon pepper or tillapia prepared the same way. I was wondering that is too many calories. Yes, I do get sick of eating those two things daily, but it is all that I know of that is healthy.

It should say on the packages how many calories there are in those things, and that's way more accurate than what we can tell you. Unless you're eating a ton of chicken and fish, you're going to have an energy deficit. The last time I checked, a tillapia fillet packed a whopping 70 calories. So to make a meal I'd have to eat at least five of them. That wasn't worth it to me, because it would always be cold by the time I was done. Chicken is slightly better, but you still need to diversify your diet. I ate just like you at first, so I can totally relate. Here are some things you should try:

Beef - just grill it . . .
Salmon - a little expensive, but I like the taste
Eggs - I doubt you have to worry about the cholesterol, but if you are, just remove the yolks (they sell yolk removers, if you don't know how to remove them as you break the eggs)
Bread - I'm a fan of making my own bread in a bread machine . . . it always seems healthier than bread you can buy
Pasta - I like to cut chicken up into small pieces, cook it, and put it in pasta with spaghetti sauce.
Fruits - load up on fruits, but make sure you can eat them all before they go bad (it takes practice to know how long that is, so don't be afraid to have a few spoil on you). Fruit juices are nice too, but be careful because it's easy to drink too much . . . they're as sweet as some sodas.
Vegetables - theoretically, you can eat these too. I don't do that very much because I'm too lazy to cook extra stuff, but I like corn, carrots, and green salads. Salads take a lot of chewing though . . . I don't have much time for that.
Oatmeal, for breakfast

I'm sure there are other foods you can eat . . . don't limit yourself. Good night!
