okay, so,im concerned about my weight.
i believe i weigh some where around 170-190
i have several questions.
1. how do you put yourself in the state of mind "i can loose weight,i can do it"?
2. what sort of things can i do to my diet?
3. how can i excercise when, i live in a not so safe environment,& can't afford excercise machines.
4.i know alot of answers will say go to the doctor. i tried,the nutrionist wanted a 75 dollar co pay which my mom cant afford,and i could only go if i was obesse,you get the point. & plus it would take 5 months for insure papers to go threw,thanks to this wonderful ecconomy :D *sarcastic*
