Buddhists = belief in rebirth (sometimes literal, sometimes figurative)
Hindus = belief in reincarnation
rebirth and reincarnation are not quite the same
Therefore, the answer to your question is 'no'.

Not all Buddhist believe in a literal reincarnation or in an omnipotent being such as God.

Sorry but from my point of view people who do not believe in God/Jesus will go to Hell. I also believe they may get a last chance to redeam themselves to go to Heaven.
