Christians are supposed to "witness the unsaved", as Pops put it. I think it's fine that they do. However, some of them take it a bit too far and become very un-religious in their actions because of it. While their intentions are good, it can sometimes go awry.

On the same note, why do atheists take it upon themselves to constantly criticize and put down Christians? If everyone left well enough alone, life would be better. But that's not very likely to happen.

If we shut up, then there may be some who never hear the "good news". We are to share Jesus, who is The Way, The Truth and The Life with others as comissioned by The Lord and we choose to obey Him. Also we care about the unsaved. We are not gods, BUT we have been told in God's Word what God will do on judgment day. We care enough to warn others so that they do not go down the path to eternal destruction. You may accept The Lord or reject, your choice.

First, ALL Christians don't condemn or judge others, thank you for the stereotype. Second, we are commanded by our Lord and Savior to preach the gospel to all creation (Mark 16:15) so that is simply an act of obedience. You are correct in saying God's ways are myterious, but God has in fact told us exactly what He is going to those who do not accept His gift of salvation through the blood of His Son, it's really just a matter of whether or not you believe the Scriptures are His true inspired Word. If not, then we are a bunch of silly sheep, but if so, then what's the problem - your argument is with God, not His followers.

We know what God will do, and the way that we know is, by reading His written Word, the Bible. He tells us what will happen. That is one of the reason that He has given us the Bible.......We didn't say this, God did.

God has also given us His Son as a sacrifice to take our place for the death that we deserve for our disobedience, which caused us to become separated from God

Jesus Himself, showed us that He came to save us from eternal destruction. He died, on the cross for us and then rose from the dead so that we can too.........We thank Him for this and we just want you to know about it too.

You believe that the Bible has contradictions because you don't understand God's message in it.

Love for you is better than cautiousness.

I suppose people feel that it is their duty to tell others how to live and what to expect. Again, this kinda goes back to free will. God gave this to us, and as I said earlier, we never read the instruction manual before using it. That's where we screwed up and unfortunetly people are still not sure about what's in the manual so they wing it. All I know, is that I hope, on judgement day, I will be able to give God a big hug and kiss. God Bless

I am a christian and I dont judge or condemn anyone.
The Holy Bible teaches that christians have a responsibility to warn the wicked of coming judgement. They also are instructed to spread (talk about) the good news of Jesus Christ, that you can be saved from the wrath to come,if you will accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you shall be saved and you wont come under judgement."For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."(john 3:16) If you choose to reject Jesus, then you bring judgement and condemnation on your self. You see,its all up to you,God has given you a choice-now will you believe him,and accept his love for you? He really does love you,and he sent his only son to die for YOU on the cross.Even if YOU had been the only person on earth,he still would have sent his only son to die for YOU,because he loves you.Yes,he loves you,God loves you,and he wants you to live with him forever in heaven. No,christians are not God,but Jesus is God,and he wrote a book of LOVE just for you,its called the bible. You can choose life, and you can choose love. Its your choice.

We are compeled by the Bible, "Gods Word" to spread the good news of the gospel, and if you read it you will find God is not mysterious, that's not true, you can find all his commands, and his promises to us right in the Book, God tells us exactly what he will do, thats how we know, we studied and read it. They are not usually Judging and condeming, they are just warning, but some people need to sharpen their people skills I admit, because the Gospel is to be taught in a loving way.

Because his word very clearly states what he will do and what is his plan of salvation. We simply try to provide a warning.

Friend YOU believe the bible is full of contridicitions. I disagree... you asked why WE do as we do.... not based on what you belive but based on what we believe. I simply answered your question... you are fixated on your problem with the scriptures. The answer we give and our actions are based on what WE believe.

God bless you :)

People who like to refer to themselves as "Christians" and are judgmental and condemning don't truly understand what the scriptures mean. They make up their own twisted interpretation to suit their personal egos.

They are also insecure, feel inadequate, and find that putting others down makes them feel bigger, stronger, and more capable. They elevate themselves so they can look down their noses at others. They are hypocrites. . . . always expecting others to live up to standards that they can't even live up to themselves. Many of them have feelings of superiority that arise out of feeling inferior.

When so-called Christians try telling me how God wants me to behave, I tell them: "when God wants to tell me something about my behavior, He will tell me directly, He doesn't need to go through you."
