Pff, if they tell you your fat or whatever just ignore it. You don't havet to listen to what anyone says about you. It just doesn't matter what they say bcuz your you and not them. If it mkes you feel better know that it doesn't matter your you and no one else. So to bad. : )

Well I guess it would depend on your personality, but I usually find making other people look weird is a good technique for things like this. I think I was in middle school and there was this little wall thing in the changing room. Kind of like a room divider but there were no lockers on that side of the room so no one changed there. I did however because I thought it was weird otherwise. A couple people started to make fun of me but I said "Well why do you want to watch me changing? Are you gay? Do you like other gay men? I'm not gay so if you're gay that's your choice but I'm not gay so I'd rather you didn't stare at my naked body." And I went on and on was pretty loud. I wasn't yelling at them or anything, just being obviously sarcastic.
In middle school/high school, everyone is just afraid of people making fun of them or not looking "cool" so for me I'd just go over the top and make people look stupid for trying to put me down.
If you're a shy quiet type, I'm not sure if this is helpful. Just be silly about it and don't act upset. Other people feel the same way and just handle it differently.

There are ways you can put one thing on at the same time as you take another thing off so nobody sees you in a state of undress, or if they do it's not for more than an instant. For example, you can pull gym shorts up under a skirt, then take the skirt off, then reverse the process when you change back. Or you can take your arms out of the arm holes of the t-shirt you're wearing and stick them into the arm holes of the t-shirt you want to put on, then just pull the new shirt on kinda at the same time as you take the other one off.

I know what you mean. I was in MS before and I have had to change in locker rooms plenty of times. At first it feels weird bc youre changing in public but eventually you'll get used to it. If youre still having trouble, just go to a bathroom stall. (Im sure they have bathrooms right inside locker rooms...?) That wasnt unusual either; plenty of girls did that and its perfectly ok. i just didnt like it bc the stalls are so tiny haha.
Good luck, its really no big deal. Youll be fine. =]

Keep in mind, all girls/women have body issues. Plus, I doubt any of them are really paying attention to each other when they're dressing. I was the "fat" girl in school, too. It takes a little getting used to. Also, time is probably limited, so they're mostly concentrating on getting changed and getting out of there.

In middle school everybody is scared or something.
just try to get it over with.
I am a tiny bit more than normal, and I know girls who were skinny still being afraid. just get it done real fast, that is what did.
but after awhile it didn't matter anymore. by seventh grade nobody really cared. and once you finish middle school it won't care to you.

On tv its so different than in real life. On tv they just walk around in their underwear and bra when in real life youre in a stall and everyone changes in their stall. Its not as scary as it seems. You arent gonna be hanging out with people while youre changing. No one will pay attention to you because they will be too busy changing.

(i am now going into my freshman year at high schoolm) when i FIRST went into middle school i (and everyone else) wanted to change in the bathroom stalls.... me, personally... after a while.... (yeah, sure, this sounds weird) but i bought me some cool underwear and bra's with designs on them, and so i just wanted to be all like " haha.. my undies are coller than yours *****!" but it honestly isn't as scary as you would think... at my school people aren't too mean to people..... and they didnt care really.... people are too obsessed with how they look to notice what others look like!

U just pull ur gym shirt over ur head and shoulders (over ur clothes) etc so that it looks like its on, but dont put ur arms in the sleeves, then unbutton ur blouse and pull ur arms out of it and into ur t-shirt. With gym shorts u pull them on under ur skirt. That's if uv got school uniform anyway.

Just about everyone else is nervous, too. I was nervous b/c I was too skinny. One friend felt she was too chesty. Another thought she had ugly scars. Still another felt her bra was hideous.
Believe me, few girls are comfortable strolling around and gaping at other girls.
